Cool work.

I know they're in a set on Flickr, but it would be nice to have some easily accessible screenshots from the blog too (maybe in the "about Flickr Importr" post").

After installation, first startup didn't work, see error message attached. I then used flickrimportrsetup to "repair", it was then OK. I selected a photo to upload, the bottom progress bar was filled and message was "waiting for flickr to process upload", that took forever, photo didn't show up in flickr and I had to terminate the task.

Generally it's a great design however I personally prefer simplicity, i.e. I just want the flickr uploadr to offer me not just select of a photosets, create a new set on-the-fly and also, most importantly, put photos to a group.

Also I couldn't find default photo size selection in flickrimportr. The window, once open, also filled the entire screen and couldn't be resized.

The large window showing the photo selected doesn't seem to be useful to me, seeing a thumbnail is good enough when I do uploading. Perhaps an explorer like filing manager to look for the right folder would be better.

May be at the end you could design 2 modes, a simple one like flickr's uploadr and this one giving more selections...etc.

Good work afterall but I can use it yet.

The bug submission form doesn't work on FF, so I'm here.

"....waiting for Flickr to respond" is the message I get every time I try to upload a photo. Just have to close it down.

Do you still develop Flickr Importr?
Doesn't seem so. Would be nice if you tell. Just for correctitude. Thanks.

PS: Please, don't set up a business. For the sake of the clients :-)

For those that are getting a "....waiting for Flickr to respond" it could be because of special characters in the description and/or tags. I was cruising along uploading until it hit one of my photos that had an "&" sign. I removed it out of the caption and it worked out fine. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the product.
